Soon it is here, a date which only occurs every 100 years: 06/06/06.

Over here (in Norway), lots of priests and religious people are starting to worry that satanic groups and sects will "celebrate" this day (because it's basically 666, the number of the Beast) by torching lots of churches throughout the country. Because of this, extensive security measures have been / will be taken to ensure the safety of the churches.

This is just an example of what some people think will happen on this date.

What do you think will happen on this date (not just talking in terms of the supernatural here, but also in terms of what PEOPLE are capable of doing)? That is, if you think anything will happen at all.

666 is nothing more than a folklore legend to scare people into believing in the devl and stanic shit.
For those who just still get suckered into it though they might be capable of throwing some huge party or somethign to celebrate this day, but all in all I don't think the world has anything to worry about. It's just another day.

Ya im looking foward to it though. 666 is actually the devils number said in the bible. I dont think the date has anything to do with the devil other than a coincidence (spelling?). Although right a year after 9-11 i was pretty freaked on 9-11. I was like...oh shit reocuring terrorist attack? meh...

anyway, let's hope that Al-whatever doesn't send a tape to ITN or something like that, otherwise...

I'll be watching the new Omen movie and then going out to buy the new AFI CD.

And I heard that its really 616...false translations said 666, but they went back and realized its 616. Don't know who to believe now!
